Delta N.V., is a € 1.3 billion multi-utility product and services company based in the Dutch province of Zeeland, owned by 19 municipalities and the province of Zeeland. Their activities include (1) the transport, trade and supply of gas and electricity, (2) waste collection and treatment and (3) the transport and supply of water. Furthermore, Delta plays an active role in the development of sustainable energy production of windfarms, a biomass plant in Moerdijk, a biomass co-firing in coal plant, a biodiesel plant in Eemshaven and a solar panel plant in Heerlen.

Energy Resources Holding, Since 1 October 2009 Essent Business Development changed into Energy Resources Holding (ERH). ERH is continuing its activities as an independent energy company and is located in Den Bosch. ERH owns 50 % of shares in EPZ and focuses on all activities and aspects related to this venture. Through our 100% subsidiary Energy Resources Ventures BV (formerly known as Essent Ventures BV), ERH participates in the SET Fund.
